At Nomu, we’re all about good times, and even better drinks.
At our core are three signature drinks: boba, matcha, and coffee, for sweetness, earthiness, and boldness. Japanese inspired with a modern edge, you can find us at the heart of Haarlemmerdijk, taking our drinks seriously (but not ourselves), where freshness, flavour, and fun are our story. Enjoy the little things with a Nomu pick-me-up.

All drinks are Vegan, we pair every drink with a non dairy milk that suits the best, cow milk really is the alternative.

Traditional Milk tea
Using high-quality and freshly made teas, we match each tea with a non-dairy milk to create the perfect serve. It looks great, but tastes even better!

‍Iced fruit tea
With our traditional teas, we like to create something beautiful, refreshing, and flavorful at the same time. Our iced teas will always brighten your sunny day.

matcha

We import our matcha from Kagoshima, Japan, a high-quality ceremonial grade matcha, which we pair with non-dairy milks to preserve the taste of the matcha. It helps you stay energized in a healthy way!

coffee

We serve Specialty coffee from Uncommon, one of the best roasters in Amsterdam with a very popular cafe on Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat 63H.

At the moment we are serving the José Reis - Brazil - Natural - Espresso: Tasting like honeycomb, hazelnut, & chocolate.
Besides our Classic Cappuccinos and espressos, we serve a series of  Special Coffee lattes.
With our most popular one the pistachio rose latte!

Pastries

We serve a daily changing variety of pastries, including Japanese-inspired options and vegan choices:

A few examples: Matcha Cookies, matcha white chocolate croissant, mochi cakes and taro macaroons.

Snacks

Buns
We serve delicious BBQ pork buns, BBQ chicken buns, and vegetable spinach buns as a snack alongside your drink.

Gyoza's
We serve 4 types of gyoza, steamed and pan-fried on the spot, served with teriyaki sauce and chili oil: vegan tofu, shrimp, chicken, pork

We combine protine rich pea milk , cream cheese and fine sea salt to make a non dairy cream cheese foam. toghether with the traditional tea’s it creates a creamy, sweet and flavorful drink. Foamy, creamy and delicious!
Snacks
During the winter season we have a special selection of hot bubble tea's, sweet as a white choco matcha or spiced up with chai. Milk tea's & matcha is also availaible hot.
